Goings on

Tonight in the A household:

Nathan glued the states together and Mom waited for Dad.

He comes home and we smooch, and Leah gets in the way and wants her mug shot.

Carolyn in almost 13 so she enjoys these types of expressions.

Leah smooched everybody before bed.

Good night.

Big Girl Panties

I put them on.

5 good things about today:

1.  Buddy (Eddie's partner) adjusted my hip and it is SOO much better.

2.  The sun is shining.

3.  Carolyn made "Mustang Magic" yesterday.  Which is the highest chior at her school.  She isn't even in choir this year but she auditoned with voice and piano.  When the teacher heard her piano song (Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen)  he took the music down to the office and copied it so the choir could sing it and she could play for them.  She was very happy.

4.  I PLAYED volleyball with 6 great girls last night.

5.  I am going to make it to the fabric store, I need more fabrics for "presidential quilt" because Eddie is rockin' Medifast.

So, by the way if you ever hear someone mention weight loss.... so hard.... can't do it.....hate working out...... give them our website.   http://www.chiroweightloss.tsfl.com/.

A really good lookin' doc is involved.  He is taken though.

New Blog Theme: The discouragement and dispair of Sarah

I know, I know, I should be all smiles and positive and happy and show you my sparkling clean house and the great things I've crafted but I just can't hack that today.  I feel dumb.  Really really dumb.  It seriously is so bad I almost want to ask my doctor if these symptoms are signs of brain disease (other than stupidity).

I'm growing wheat grass that should have been started LAST week.  It wasn't because I WAITED because I can not do math.  The activity I need it for is in 7 days not 14.  I knew that, but I still WAITED to start the darn grass. Because I thought I have 14 days.  Nope only 7.  Again, did I tell you that I knew that?

Okay, thanks, it is out of my system (the vent, not the stupidity).

Want to end this read with a smile?  Me too.

In church on Sunday there was a baby blessing.  When it was over William leaned over and said "Can we have that baby?"   OOOhhh, I wanted to squish his little head with hugs and kisses.

A complaint for my sisters to hear (no men allowed)

At the end of last week I started hurting. I was worried about my running schedule. I did a yoga class. I thought it helped. I did my long run Fri morning instead of Sat because I was getting a massage on Friday and I wanted to rest two days after. I haven't run since. 'Cuz I'm old. And broken.

Yesterday I had burning and pins/needles from my sacrum to my knees on the front and back. sheesh.

I'm supposed to coach Young Women volleyball tonight. How? How? I can't even send them a serve or my QLs (lower back muscles) will freak. I'm sad. Who would have thought that not being able to run would depress me? Not me. But it does. I really hope it heals soon.

My hot Chiropractor was so nice to me today. I got a free massage and ultrasound in all sorts of places that made me glad that he is my husband. It's on the mend, another massage tomorrow. But, geez it stinks being old.

Pretty much, I know it's my abdominal insertions (at pubic area) that are wiggin out. But, pins and needles and shooting pains in my lady parts does make me a teensy worried about other possibilities. Only a teensy. I'm sure I just need a new pelvic floor. Do they do that procedure?

Thanks for listening.

Sorry about the lady parts talk.
